Horrible update

This game used to be fun in the prior version when it was with Skillz. Now it’s absolutely horrible. The game play has a random mix of overthrows and slow receivers/runners. There’s no incentive to play anymore as there is no monetary value. You play the same team for a week straight and there is a list of highest score. There’s no menu or anyway to customize your profile. There are also “do-over” ads, an ad halfway through the game, and an ad to start a new game. At any given time the game will freeze when trying to play an ad. I just don’t understand why splitting off from Skillz completely gutted the fundamentals of a game that functioned well before. I hope you have updates rolling out in the future to make this game great again.

Thanks for your review and feedback. I understand it was disappointing for many who enjoyed the prior platform. I will definitely look into the game hanging on ad loads. Regarding overthrows, adjustments to tempo were made since the game returned to the full two minute duration. Also receivers don't run off their routes now until the route is complete, so it's much harder to overthrow a route for a Hail Mary. Once you adjust to the tempo, you should have better success. While monetary features will not be reintroduced into the game, there are definitely plans to update and improve the game. Having more competition is part of that for sure. Right now, it's had to take a back seat to a newer version, but stay tuned. I really appreciate you playing the game over the years, and hope you will try it again in the coming months.
