Got food 4 hours after I ordered.
After an the driver had not picked up the order. They just reassigned a new driver. No refund. Got food 4 hrs later. Makes restaurant look bad it’s good that I knew they are good restaurant Edit: the agents were helpful enough. Still frustratedKimdispleased
Worst customer service!!!
Don’t spend your hard earned money on this platform. The fees are ridiculous. Customer service is terrible. If there is any issues with your order the app takes no liability and they refuse to issue refunds as well. You’re better off walking and getting robbed on the streets than have this crooked app rob you in the palm of your hands.Show lessgianmohammed

Poor support
Used their service multiple times and always have issues with support - account was randomly blocked and despite my numerous attempts of sending emails and following the instructions they gave I receive no responses.
Fees are also expensive as wellZeepdee

The app glitches and caused me to spend 25 dollar delivery on 13 dollar cookies and then when I tried to rectify it before the order left the store they tried to click bait me into making a new order by telling me the delivery fee will be refunded but then further inquiries led to them saying the truth that the delivery fee will not be refunded and then they tried it twice. If I listened to them and replaced the order after the first error they would have taken the next delivery fee only to tell me it will not be refunded after originally making me feel it will be refunded. It’s an unfair practice that doesn’t leave room for bugs and humane fixes in some cases. I highly recommend staying away from👎🏾Show lessIzuchukwu_sofiri(459)
