Takes a long time to load
App has many bugs—such as slowwwww to load, messages disappear, freezes when scrolling, etc.Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Poor Experience
Hello, I wasn’t sure who to submit this complaint to.
I just started using this app this week and was directly messaged being told I was excluded from joining one of the “homes” because of my age.
It’s one of the main homes on the page that is highlighted.
And nowhere does it say only certain age groups can join and it doesn’t sit right with me to have a platform on the app that says they are about uniting voices and I’m being brushed off and told to follow them on Instagram even though I cannot join their group.
Super ageist. Happy to be a millennial.

Really hard to find good communities
App is largely allowing liberal ideals to dominate the server page and that’s fine and dandy but it makes the experience worse seeing that most the servers are made for woman and pocs and Blm and all other liberal agendas. If you’re getting this app to start a community just know your submission will be ignored if it isn’t aimed towards supporting any liberal ideals. It is NOTHING like discord so. I literally haven't seen one server I’d be interested in joining and even tried starting my own server. My @ is @weed and I tried starting a community for pot smokers but I’m not gonna get any traction because it doesn’t go with what the Geneva team wants. I have submitted the server form about 2 times now and have seen 0 responses from any team members. So it seems as though your server submissions are going to be ignored. Just thought everyone deserves to know what they are getting into before getting this app. Also just know anything said against liberal agendas will result in insta complete ban from the app as I’ve made multiple accounts testing the community and it seems extremely intolerant. I highly suggest the geneva team set their priorities on making equal chances for everyone to get onto the main page because it’s honestly depressing seeing some app as well made as this do so poorly. Just a little suggestion for dev team. I’m 100% correct and I know this will go ignored by the team but yeah there yah go.Show less@zek

this app literally copied the discord ui, and many of its features, not even trying to hide it. This app’s response to that previously was that discord is made for gaming, and this app is made for communities, while if you go to discord’s app store page, it clearly has a huge image of something along the lines of “made for communities, and friends.” If you want an app that has these features, just use discord instead, its a cleaned up and perfected version of geneva.Show lessWarren643367

Hey Warren - Slack, Discord, and Geneva were all inspired by the same thing (a concept from the late 1980s called IRC that let groups organize conversations into different channels). If Discord works for you, great! But many people have told us they find Discord confusing or overwhelming, so Geneva is another option :)Never received a code
I wanted to check out the app, but I never received a text message with the code to sign up. I resent it multiple times to my phone number and still never received it…kiannak
