The only reason why I have to download the app is for resetting my password.

I cannot top up the balance from this app.
I have an account with OCBC. When I wanted to top up the balance, I could not log in because the app interface won’t show the sign in button (it’s outside the frame). The app is pretty difficult to navigate as well.
Crashes upon log-in
Open app, log in with learner ID, then crash. iOS 14.01. Uninstalled and reinstalled, doesn’t work. Please fix.
