Good game
This game seems good so far. I like the layout, the opportunities to upgrade and make the hospital better. This game is well though out and planned. Love every bit of it so far.rose-gamer
Ads rarely work
Fun game but you can’t really benefit from watching ads because 80% of the time, ads will not load and you cannot gain the advantage. This has nothing to do with your current wireless or WIFI signal. The game is flawed and needs to be fixed.#gurlbye!
Great game
This is a great game. The only thing is when you try to watch ads to get upgrades it says no ads available. When I have not even watched one ad at all. Needs to be fixed. I was also trying to get a new office but only gives option for watching an ad and you cant.nikki110378

PLEASE FIX ADVERT PROBLEM
This game is good fun but really hard to complete without being able to use the VIP guests but whenever I click on anything that involves watching an advert the advert just freezes and won’t load. You have to shut down the app every time! Understandable if this happens the odd once or twice but this happens every single time!!! Please fix this problem as soon as you canShow lesskatmatty
Fix
I would like you to fix the unity ads pop up window. Why does it have to pop up when trying to watch an ad causing the game to crash or stay frozen with the buffering icon ? It affects my gameplay having to restart every ten minutes because of that. I lose all my bonuses from the ads I have to watch.Show lessdoberter
Sort the advert problem out
it would make for a better experience. Constantly having to shut down the game to get out of an advert that won’t load.
Came back to edit game is now totally frozen and as such unplayable. All I can see is the car park. Rebooting doesn’t help.
Will be good when bugs are sorted but there are enough idle games out there to not need to spend time on this while it’s not working correctlyShow lessJoni12684
I love this game
I do love this game but what I don’t like is the videos won’t work and when i try to contact support the button won’t work eithermay 7470
Bug issues
Overall the game is great! The only thing I have a problem with is when you watch an ad for the express nurse, the customers just sit there on the higher tier(MRI,X-ray machines) which is a lot of money. Needs to be fixed!!!MrBoom94
