Almost perfect!
I love the ‘get down to business’ approach and I don’t need to be coddled at all- but the 2 times I’ve used this, the RN’s were too fast- like.. ‘what’s wrong don’t want any details’
to the point of interrupting.
No smiling or empathy shown by either. Again, don’t need/want to be coddled but a friendlier demeanor can calm and instill a little trust.
Yes, I will use again but hope I get a more cordial RN who can listen for a minute to get the whole story. As a former firefighter/medic I know getting more info is always good.
