QR code didn’t work
I bought my ticket on the app 30min before taking the bus. The QR code on the app didn’t show up and I got yelled at by the ticket attendant. I had taken a screen shot of the ticket since I don’t have data on my phone and the ticket machine said it wasn’t valid. Terrible app that almost got me kicked off the bus.
