I have followed the steps that have been given and it just does not work. It can’t be just me because I’ve had others try it on my phone following the guidance and failed. I have an iPhone 15. I think I might need a refund.Twoballcain

I found this app on a fluke and decided to try it out to do my pre-record interviews for my 3 radio shows. It’s been a lifesaver and the quality sounds great! You can’t even tell that I’m not live in the studio.amfunnygirl

Used the 3 day free trial, quality of the call recorded was perfect for the other persons voice but my voice in the recording is a little muffled. You can save the recordings as well which is a big plus.pandapanda449

As per described one click to use. When signed up suddenly changes to.. press this press that do that then you can record. How does that work when the client is hanging on other end, of the phone saying… hello. Are you there. And more importantly why Lie about your product services?! It’s not how to gain loyal customers, short term lies you that you will be found out about !!!Show lessJim00w

The app is annoying to use and extremely difficult to cancel subscription. I had been billed during my free trial and then when I cancelled it constantly still kept billing me 12.99 I’ve requested for refunds via their support and even via apple. Annoying and toxic app.Essi S

I just noticed after upgrading to iOS 17, and I’m not certain it’s only affecting this version of iOS. However, if I make a call and then press any keys as a touch tone response (e.g., automated menu), I notice that the Recorder’s service number drops from the 3-way call. Only the original number appears. This is useless now. My ticket has been ignored. Time to find a new solution!
