Ordering from this app is such an inconvenience!
My experience has been dismal the last two times I’ve ordered as the order was never received by the restaurant. When I arrived up to pick up my order, the staff informed me they had not received it. I showed them a screenshot and payment confirmation. The store supervisor/manager was able to pull it up in the system and confirm my order.
Rather than having the order ready when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be prepared. I only have so much time to pick up my order, return to work, and devour it. Having to wait the extra time is a huge inconvenience as it cuts into my lunch break.
Additionally, when attempting to reorder an item from the order history page, the app hangs. Every time. I then have to start an order from scratch. Every time.
Please fix this app! There haven’t been any updates in three years!
