Please Switch My App Order To Cubasis 3

This is a very excellent app but somehow I ordered this one instead of the one I intended which was Cubasis 3…Is there a way I can switch because it hasn’t been a month since I ordered and they both the same price, sorry I got confused

Waste of time

Ok it is 30 min trial, fair enough, it does not allow you to create a new project or use own file, only mess with stuff they imported, meaning you do not really get to try it in a way you would work.

It's like they are afraid that if you were access fully functional software (you never used before) for 30min you will satisfy your editing needs and not buy the full version. Seriously?

In a nutshell, it is not only time limited but functionality limited in its basic aspects. Steinberg, in case you don't know, trial is there for you to convince me to part with 50 quid for the full version, and possibly invest in your harware. Fail! your idea of trial is nothing short of insulting. I don't often write reviews, but this one really deserves one.

In the demo mode you can delete the preloaded files to replace them with your own recording. I am re-evaluating my review

The LE version doesn't really let you try out some basic features such as connecting other apps through Audiobus or loading plugins. I understand those are premium features, but there should at least be a way to try them out.

RE-RE-EVALUATING MY REVIEW:

I have the full version of Cubasis, and it's pretty powerful for a mobile DAW. Steinberg, and particularly Lars, is ultra-responsive and helpful here, in the Steinberg forums, and elsewhere. For that alone I am changing my review to 5 stars.

Confused newbie ??

I have downloaded the demo version and what I see , however according to your literature ( as I understand it ) as well as the purchase of the software I will also need a supported hardware device which I don’t have , I just can’t purchase the software and then connect my midi keyboard or have I got the wrong end of the stick ???

It depends on what you're after, to either use Cubasis on its own (which is easily possible), or with external gear such as an audio interface and/or an external MIDI keyboard. Save your money

Not being able to do time signature changes in a track make it kinda worthless for those of use who don’t want to stick to one time signature

Ok daw but not free.

I’ve heard awesome things about this program and have used it before, however this version, although it might seem like it, isn’t exactly free. There is a 30 minute trial version, but in order to make music it isn’t ideal to have this type of restraint. I would also like to add that the ui is certainly not optimized for smaller screens and definitely feels more clunky than some other daws. Overall 8/10

Unless being unlocked, Cubasis LE runs in a free thirty minute demo mode, which can be restarted as often as you like. Cubasis comes with dedicated screen support for iPhone and iPad, and includes additional "Screen Mode" presets (located under "Setup/User Interface"). Pleasantly surprised.

I was a Cubasis VST user at the beginning and a Cubasis Atari user before that. I moved to Studio One and still consider this the ultimate mixing DAW. I have been surprised by the whole IOS experience after giving up on Apple a long time ago. So many inspirational apps on IOS but Cubasis is in my top five. Why? Because it offers a near perfect balance between ease of use and capability. I use several older iPads to run various apps that I then record into Cubasis on an old gen 5 iPad. Cubasis runs well even on a gen 5. Studio One is way more advanced but way more complicated and the same can be said about using an iPad versus a computer. For getting stuff happening fast the iPad rules supreme. For mixing then a full scale DAW is always going to beat Cubasis. However I think it should be possible to finish a releasable mix in Cubasis.
I would recommend Cubasis as a far easier way for a beginner to get into music production than a computer based DAW. My Windows machines feel like hard work compared to my iPads. Steinberg have clearly learned a lot over the years and have given you a great IOS DAW for a very reasonable price. I love this app. Thank you Steinberg.

So I downloaded this app to test it out and it loaded an already made project so I decided to create one but I have to pay to probably almost everything and to make a project so I deleted this crappy app.
