iKnowMed Mobile version 10.0.0 includes new functionality allowing users to see other providers’ schedules in the visit list, additional result flags, a redesigned login screen, and multiple fixes. What’s New - Users can now tap a new icon at the top of the Visit List, choose a provider from the resource list, and view that provider’s schedule in the Visit List. A banner displays detailing which provider’s schedule is currently displayed. Dismiss the banner to return to the standard visit list. Users must have the required permissions to view other providers’ schedules in the Visit List. - Additional result flag designs have been added to make viewing abnormal results clearer. - The iKnowMed Mobile login screen has been redesigned to match iKnowMed Generation 2 designs. Bug Fixes - An issue causing the wrong patient chart to open when patients with nearly identical MRNs are listed in patient search results has been resolved. - An issue preventing some users from being able to upload attachments using their mobile device camera has been resolved. - An issue preventing patient middle names from displaying as expected has been resolved. - An issue allowing users to save a problem with an invalid date has been resolved.

In iKnowMed Mobile version 9.0.0, users can send messages directly from the patient chart and search for patients using voice input. There are also important stability and experience fixes. What's New - Messages can now be sent directly from the patient chart view. Click the message icon at the top of the chart to open a new messages regarding that patient. - Patient search now supports voice input. Tap the microphone icon in the search bar to perform a voice search. Bug Fixes - An issue preventing proper auto-scrolling when composing a message has been resolved. - Visual inconsistency causing views in patient search and messages has been fixed maintaining design patterns throughout the app. - A rare issue causing iKnowMed Mobile for iPad to crash when certain areas of the screen were tapped during app startup has been resolved.

iKnowMed Mobile version 8.0.0 includes additional improvements to e-Prescribing and various UI changes to enhance the overall user experience. What's New - iKnowMed Mobile e-Prescribing now supports selecting and changing the Supervising Physician when placing an order. - When creating an order, a note has been added under “Instructions replace required fields” that enumerates fields replaced by the instructions. - Users can now see the problem category in the Problems card. - When there is an Okta login issue, the corresponding error will display for the user on the login screen. - Badge styling has been updated to improve legibility. Bug Fixes - An error preventing future dates from displaying red when adding a problem has been resolved.

iKnowMed Mobile version 7.0.0 adds visit list improvements, saves your username at the login screen for a quicker login experience, and includes important fixes. What's New - The visit list now displays appointment type for greater clarity regarding the patient’s upcoming appointment. - Username is now saved at the login screen making login easier. Ensure your app is up to date and FaceID is enabled for the smoothest login experience. To enable FaceID in iKnowMed mobile, go to More > Settings. Additionally, enable FaceID from the device settings through Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Use Face ID For > Other Apps > Toggle on for iKnowMed.   Bug Fixes - Small adjustments have been made to patient banner spacing and alignment to provide a cleaner experience. - An error causing a previous patient chart to open when selecting from patient search results has been resolved.

iKnowMed Mobile version 6.0.0 adds important updates to the patient search experience. What's New - Providers can now search for patients using date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format. - Attending provider now appears beneath the MRN in patient search results. - When a provider searches for a patient, they will see the patients for whom they are the attending provider at the top of the results.

iKnowMed Mobile version 5.0.0 includes additional preparation for Okta secure login and an important defect fix. What's New - Additional work has been completed as a part of our Okta implementation preparation. Users will not see a change until Okta has been implemented for their practice. Bug Fixes - An issue preventing the pharmacy selection screen from displaying properly when editing an order has been fixed.

iKnowMed Mobile version 4.0.1 includes additional preparation for Okta secure login. What's New - As part of our Okta implementation preparation, areas of the application that previously required the use of a Password or Password/PIN, will now only accept a PIN.
