Too much money
I downloaded this a while ago, you used to get 3 goes on each of the puzzles, now only one.
I have no intention of paying £2.99 a month, like many apps now you have to pay to be add free! Lots of games (apps) are just there to play.. candy crush etc.. they only charge for boost
I loved playing this game, but alas now I have deleted the appShow lessMaud1965

Hi Maud, If subscribe you get endless goes at the puzzles and also access to our extensive archive and no Ads. For non-subscribers, the ads help pay for the service like all games. Sorry to see you go, TMPT teamProgress not saved
I like the puzzles, they are challenging enough for a tea break, but if you get called away, I can’t find any way to pause the puzzle and return to it later- it starts it all over again if you close the app.Mrs Doubleyou

I bought the £2.99 a month. App is good but after doing a lot of the crosswords you notice there are so many repeats of the same words throughout different crosswords it just gets boring. Won’t be renewing.Owp1000

I’m enjoying this game and have subscribed to keep playing. I have taken off 2 stars though because even though you subscribe, in order to keep playing you have to pay more money for other packs. This to me isn’t fair. If you are already paying a subscription then at least some packs should be free to play instead of £1.99 for one then £0.99 for another and so on. It may not seem a lot of money for some people but to me it is...
Thank you for replying. I cannot find the archive as all I have left now are packs to buy of which I have completed the free puzzles. Can you tell me where I can access the archive? I’m using an iPhone 7 Plus. Thank you.

Downloaded the game, enjoyed playing it, enjoy the puzzles so decided to buy a bundle of wordsearches.
Then the app said 2 days left of free trial, which I didn’t sign up for and wasn’t aware. Then wanted to play my wordsearches that I paid for, to then be told I need to pay 99p for each pack.

The Free Trial is available to everyone who downloads the Puzzle Time app to give users a taste of all the Wordsearch, Crossword and Sudoku games that are available for subscribers. I can’t understand what I have for my subscription as each puzzle is asking for more money to unlock. Love doing word searches and thought there would be unlimited puzzles if I paid monthly but appears not. I will cancel and learn a lessonstella and poppy

Hi Stella and Poppy, If you have paid for a monthly subscription you have access to our entire archive of Word Searches and other puzzles and will also get 6 new puzzles every day. There are also additional packs of puzzles you can buy for just 99p if you want even more. Sorry for any confusion that you may have had and hope you continue to play and enjoy Puzzle Time. Can’t load it
Hi I was wondering if someone from support team can contact me as my game just displays ‘you have no puzzles! Please check you are connected to the internet and try again’. I am connected to the internet however.

I’ve just had a message from the team who run this. It was so lovely and I will keep this as I love crosswords because I like to keep my brain going. At my age I need all the help I can get. Thank you for responding so nicely and I shall be keeping this game. Merry Christmas to all the team.juals

Hi Juals, Puzzle Time is free to play and you don't get charged unless you subscribe. You'll still get a couple of small free puzzles daily even if you don't subscribe. We hope you continue to play and enjoy the games. Happy Christmas The Puzzle Time Team
