Poor transfer experience
Since the latest update the OTP feature doesn’t work, no matter how many times support says reboot your phone!
Please get this sorted ASAPNo longer remembering my credentials and fingerprint
It is slow to use. It would be good if the app kept performing consistentlyGreat functions but background image is not it
First off great job on the application it’s the most comprehensive mobile banking solution I’ve seen so far in Jamaica with respect to functionalities
I only have one issue, that’s regarding the background image. If that could be a solid color that would be great, to me it seems way too feminine

Simple & Smooth. I’ve been waiting for this app for ages. Touch ID can sometimes be a bit laggy but I’m sure that will get better with time 👍No star

Every month I have a login problem, I am tired of resetting my passwordFunds transfer.
App is okay but I gave a 2 because it wants your location to transfer from one account to another. That’s a no no.... big privacy issue! Other than viewing your accounts balance, it is useless.Login
