Good coffee but app spams
Good coffees and service in store but the app continuously spams with push notifications
Turning off push notifications in settings within the app doesn’t do anything and turns itself back on again
Poor UX overall and had to resort to turning off notifications in Apple settings

Doesn't let me view the menu
It doesn't let me select a store or view the menu if I'm not near a store. Ever heard of planning ahead? Which PM decided this was a great feature to have? Hostile UX.

App fine until you want to delete your account
Terrible experience trying to delete an account. Having to email a help desk team who doesn’t respond then forwards you to a different support team who doesn’t respond. Why would anyone make it this difficult to delete an account unless they’re just selling your personal data…
