Horrible app
It’s glitchy, rarely works as it’s supposed to, and the customer service is horrible. The agency I work for will ask for improvements to make it more user friendly and gets shot down every time. If anything they make it less user friendly!! Unfortunately employees need this app for their job so we’re pretty much stuck with them.NikkiDiva76

This version includes bug fixes and the following enhancements: - Enable users to reset their password when their password has expired - Better support Events that have no contact that includes showing the Event on the Home screen - The calendar screen now enables users to search future date events - When checking into a pre-scheduled Event, the Activity, Program, Location drop downs will default to values on the pre-scheduled appointment - Changed the default behavior on a Form that the Save button on the top left will save & submit so that future forms won’t need the submit button embedded on the form. - If your organisation has enabled ad-hoc forms in the app, then they will be available from the contact screen’s “+” menu - If an appointment is pre-scheduled, in certain circumstances, the system will pre-fetch the expected form so that it can be available when you have no connectivity but are checking into an Event. - Various bug fixes to improve user experience
