Absolute garbage. Constant problems. Most of the time the location shown at clock in/ out is wrong. This was supposed to be a better system than our previous one
It couldn’t possibly be worse
There is absolutely nothing positive to say. Customer service is trash, app glitches, they never resolve issues. A dumpster fire.
Horrible app
It’s glitchy, rarely works as it’s supposed to, and the customer service is horrible. The agency I work for will ask for improvements to make it more user friendly and gets shot down every time. If anything they make it less user friendly!! Unfortunately employees need this app for their job so we’re pretty much stuck with them.
