Last update was over a year ago and the balance tabs do not work. You just get a blank page. Also, I have a payment plan set up but when I go to the payment tab it asks me to set up a payment plan or make a one time payment rather than specifying my existing payment arrangements.Balance page it's blank too
Same here as the person that reviewed before me. It has been over a month that I can't see my balance to date in the app. you'll have to go to their website ensourcepay.com and this is how I was able to see my balance and make payments. I believe this app has not been maintained since I just found out that they have changed company names. if you go to en-source.com you will see that it explains that change in name. from Ensource to professionalcreit.com. you can still access the Ensource account info by just typing the ensourcepay.com. It worked for me. Good luck :) 2 starts for not informing the consumers by email or text about the change in company name and protocols and for not doing it at least in the app for all of us to see. I hope you'll do it soon. It will help others find the correct page to make payments.Show lessDon’t expect anything but headaches.
Blank screens when you open up the balance tab…or the message tab. So send a message? No response. Follow up message? You guessed it. Nothing. Awful app.
