Needs a LOT of improvements
Please fix the app. Haven’t been able to use it for a week now. Suggestion to also have mobile chat. So that when overseas can easily contact customer service in real time with (hopefully) fast replies.

Unable to transfer fund
New user for this app & rather disappointing as unable to perform fund transfer & even fail to add beneficiary. Call service center & was told that I need to delete & reinstall but still failed. Do something on this please. No point of complaining if the issue still persist.

Security code error
For some reason, security tends to generate error when trying to log into page. Needs to reinstall again.
It ‘s not stable
I could use it in the beginning , but now it hangs and cannot work properly . I tried deleting it and reboot again but still does not perform . Some glitches in the app that needs fixing . Not user friendly like Maybank app .
Unable to do any online transaction
Please check if it’s compatible w the latest iOS. Unable to do any fund transfer / bill payments / top ups for 2 days straight. Called Hotline & told to delete App, Reinstall (using w/o WiFi). Same problem persists.
