It just keeps bringing you back to the sign in and the HIPAA agreement check box. This app doesn’t work at all.
Garbage
Not sure how in 2022, when literally EVERYTHING is smartphone dependent, Auxiant can have such a garbage app. We recently switched to Auxiant as the manager of our self insured plan as a large LLC. Signed up online easily, but when I use the app, it’s an endless loop of sign in, HIPAA check box, sign in, check box, goes nowhere

The app is non-functional and has zero plan information once you’re finally able to sign in

Can’t get logged in on mobile app. So frustrating!

This app is useful when it works, but it is very buggy and won’t always display data. It definitely needs a lot of work.
