Pretty good quality
I downloaded this app not realising that this only covers places around Europe.
I had a look at the app and looks like it’s pretty good quality, although it’s useless to me unless I decide to move to the UK.
I live in the US, so I use a different app;
It is good quality, and I fully recommend it: RepeaterBook.

Needs more repeaters
I’m from the US and I guess this is just for Italy area. Be nice if it was for where ever you searched..

Hi Kyle! The goal for this app is only to cover the Balkans (a certain part of eastern Europe), which doesn't include the U.S. Although it is available in the U.S AppStore so that users with all accounts can get the app and use it if they're in this region, it won't expand to cover repeaters outside of this area. My suggestion to you would be to try a similar app with different coverage, like https://apps.apple.com/us/app/repeaterbook/id606820166
