doesn’t connect
this is the only app that i can connect my text notifications to, but i can’t even get it to connect. i see everyone else has issues as well and nothing has been changed or done so i doubt mine will be fixed so definitely won’t recommend this to anyone.

Don’t re-register... I reinstalled to review a solution for you... typed in username (not email you used) and password... no issues

App failure
I’ve just opened my watch and have registered. The app would not stand still long enough for me to make some settings. I removed the app and reinstalled. I attempted to register again but was told that the name had been registered. I still could not get in. Did the “forgot my password” routine but it said I was not registered. I’m locked out. What do I do?

App keeps crashing
My have the newest IOS system and my app is also up to date. But it keeps crashing every time I open the app. It says on my SG3 that. Is paired and when I turn up or down the volume on my watch, it does control the volume on my phone. But I cannot get any notifications when I get a text message or a phone call. Someone please help with all these issues! I have just gotten the smart watch and it has been a frustrating journey so far, thinking about returning the watch since it doesn’t do what I need the smart watch to do.

Useless, crashes when trying to connect to watch
Crashes all the time
Crashes as soon as you start it up, unless you turn your Bluetooth off. Then the app won’t crash, but you can’t do anything because Bluetooth is off... wow, I feel like the interference could be fixed... come on, guys!
App doesn’t work
I’m liking the watch but it’s useless if the app doesn’t work. I tap on it, it opens up for 3.5 seconds and closes. Very disappointing!
Continues to crash
As soon as you pair the watch to the app, it crashes. You can only get 3 seconds of time to use the app before it crashes. This needs to be fixed.
