  • Update???

    My app just got an update today, your notes says that you guys fixed the issues but the app still sucks, it is still super slow and crashes.
  • Add notifications alert, please!

    The application frequently significantly slows down and lacks functionality for working with notifications. I do not receive notifications for new messages from my condo until I manually check the tab within the app. I would prefer it if the notification alerts were visually represented on the main screen. Additionally, having pop-up notifications that immediately inform me of new posts as soon as they are received would be beneficial.

    Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Property managers select the method of notification for announcements when they send it, which can be app notifications, SMS, or email. Also, please ensure that you have enabled all notification options in your app settings.   • Always connection error

    The connection is unstable and often not work when you need it!
  • The app doesn’t work when you need it.

    I often get a black screen with an infinite loading icon. The only work around is to un install and reinstall the app. The thermostat configuration can’t be changed from the app, it gets stuck in an infinite loading icon too. I have also gotten multiple false unit alarms. What is supposed to be a quality of life improvement has become to me another source of concerns and frustration.

    After updated the app, I can not control any thing inside room. I think there is some issues while updating the apps.

    Not a smooth App. Either it doesn’t work well or it doesn’t connect with the unit when required.

    My door bell is not ringing and opening the door from the phone app.

  • App is ok

    There is an option for the blinds but that doesn’t work. There is an option for lights but only controls one light.

    Hi Kim, the control options for Blinds and Lights depend on what is currently installed in your unit. If you would like to add more devices that you can control with your ONE!   • Disappointed

    I’ve been forced to used this app going on 2.5 years with our condo unit. App crashes , doesn’t load , logs you out 75% of the time. They did a update 3 weeks ago and now it just loads, never opens up.

    I want to ask the developer if they have actually tried there app, It’s beyond ridiculous

    0/10 would not recommend.
