The glitches will steal your money
This game has so many glitches, the issue is that you spend money on things like consumables and clothing items, then go to submit a look and the game will glitch, when you relaunch the app they have taken your money but your items are gone. I have reached out to Nordcurrent multiple times with proof of the glitches but they don’t care and all you get back are generic emails that they’re “looking into it” but after months of multiple “investigations” on their behalf, still radio silence. I’m in a fashion house where everyone has this same experience. If you want to play a game that will make you want to throw your phone at the wall, this is the one for you.

Great game, shame they’re theives and scammers
So this game is actually fun. Pretty addictive.
HOWEVER. Its basically impossible to advance without spending real money and they know this.
When you do spend real money the game will glitch. It never does it any other time.
You will lose any currency or items bought. When you enter a look and press submit it will take you back to the Home Screen and NOT submit the look.
When you try to resubmit all your consumables and any outfit you bought will require payment again. It will NOT reappear
I have hundreds of screenshots to prove this and am waiting on a refund of over $150 (they’ll also charge you twice!).
They’ve been reported to Apple and PayPal for fraud/scam. PayPal has refunded some of my money (Apple wouldn’t) and I will not stop until I get the rest
If this is happening toy you REPORT THROUGH PAYPAL AND THEY WILL REFUND IT. Just bypass Apple altogether.
Don’t bother trying to get a response from Nordstrom, it’ll be generic bot responses time and time again.

Love it but needs improvement
I absolutely love this game but there are some things that can be improved. I think they should get rid of the diamonds and just make everything cash because it’s very hard to get diamonds and I refuse to spend real money on a phone game. The cash is more fun because it makes you feel like you’re actually going shopping. The rewards all around definitely need to be higher. The monthly subscription should also be cheaper. 22$ per month is ridiculous and I refuse to spend that much money on a game. 10$ sounds a lot more reasonable but even that’s a lot. There definitely needs to be more events, duels and challenges because it’s not an app you can spend hours on. You just buy stuff, submit a look and log off. More ways to interact and chat with other members would also be cool. It can also be very glitchy with certain items not showing up on the model and a lot of items are listed under the wrong category. Fix these issues and you’ll definitely get more users.
