Lots of potential, lots of disappointment
This app is such a good idea. When it was announced it was like ‘finally, tennis is working together’. But if this is tennis working together, don’t bother.
The amount of times I go into it to see who’s playing and it can’t bring up the data, or it’s a whole set behind in the live section (or sometimes it’s even stuck on the match before) no matter how often I close it and start it back up again, is ridiculous. It feels like it has spent more time not working than doing the job it’s meant to.
I understand there’s a lot of complexities in getting in the live scores and results from all the different events happening in an overloaded tennis schedule, but if your product can’t handle the pressure don’t bring it to market.

Needs Work
I use this almost daily and it’s mostly fine, but it does seem to struggle during big tournaments, particularly grand slams. Maybe because of greater usage, but whatever - it feels like waiting for a dial-up connection in 1995 in these times, making it all. It unusable.
us open data bugs ?
look at the Schedule view for men.
you have many repeats of the same item..

Best app for tennis
ATP WTA is a great app that I would definitely recommend. Everyday I can log on to the app, see the tournaments, who’s winning, live scores, ranking and news for both the female and male players. Since I have got this app I have significantly improved my tennis knowledge. It’s a great app that is easy to use and is definitely one of the apps I use most. I love it

No version for iPads
I didn't realize that it was just for the iPhone. Very disappointing coming from a multimillion dollar corp
Poor App
I’ve sent feedback twice and no response. Match stats not updating, same stats for Match, 1st set and 2nd set. Total match time remains at “0” . This app needs some updates before it will be considered reliable and relevant
Very poor
Lame attempt at providing information compared with other sports apps. For example Nottingham Tournament scores not updated properly and information related to timings and courts diabolical.
When it works it’s good
This app is so buggy there’s rarely a day that goes by and there’s something just not right - a match score not showing despite you knowing from other sources it’s available, a ‘latest’ news story that when you click on it is just blank space. Really astounding that the tours combined - given how awash in money they are - can’t produce a simple functional app.

Newest update
Updated review: Every time there’s an update, frequently to fix problems, new problems appear that need to be fixed. Sometimes these problems or glitches are fixed fairly quickly, other times, not so much. Makes it frustrating in the meantime. Once the problems are fixed, it’s a great app, very user friendly. Original review: Since the latest update (yesterday), this has gone from being a great app to being a frustrating one. It takes much longer to download and then some things are missing, specifically the results of games played earlier in the day. It does show the schedule and the games in progress but other than that you have to Google to find results elsewhere. Newest update: See above re new problems every time there’s an update. I used to read articles about the matches within 30 minutes or less of completion. The current update (6 days ago) doesn’t have any current news (in either the English or the Spanish versions). It does current draws, schedules, and scores. But if you want to read articles about current tournaments, you have to look elsewhere. The current tournaments are almost half over and it would be nice to read about the games before they’re old news.
Even newer update. There are a few new articles that you can actually read but most of the “articles” are blank pages in both the English and Spanish versions. This is true on both my iPhone and my iPad.

Great app but notifications not working
Thought it was just my phone. Reinstalled the app after an update and reset of my settings. Since then I’ve asked two other iOS users to try the app and they haven’t received notifications either. Notifications turned on at the app and through iOS settings
