This watch is one of the best watch’s I have ever had

I have found the watch great once i learned to program and charge it correctly. The only annoying feature is the way it reverts to zero notifications when ever it feels like it and the gesture control system switches back on on by itself
Missing activities and sleep
Not sure if it’s the app or the watch, several times I’ve had a day of activities on the watch suddenly disappear when syncing with the app. Also numerous times sleep hasn’t been logged - no obvious reason why sometimes it works sometimes not. Sometimes it’s logged an hours sleep when I’ve woken up, but nothing from before. Completely unreliable if you really want to track your activities - these are cheap for a reason.

This is an amazing product , I had it since quarantine and it helped me get through a lot !!
Since I’ve been wearing this watch and this app on my phone I have lost almost 20 pounds! Which is shocking to me as I did try other brands and they don’t really work .

Strange bugs
Setup is a little cryptic, but a lot of the behaviour of the watch software is confusing and temperamental. It keeps changing itself to the analogue face when an option in the app could easily stop this from happening, and the smartphone connected features - such as finding the phone - will only work when the app is open. This could be easily fixed by running a background service, but I’m unsure if the developer management team even care.

Watch does not receive ring or message alerts, any ideas?

To receive ring or message alerts, you need to make sure: 1. your iPhone Bluetooth is turned on. 2. your watch connected with your iPhone through the app SilverCrest Smart Watch 3. Enable the notifications which you want to receive in the app Settings -> Notifications. Happy New Year and have a nice day.
