pass- too many issues & overcharges
you’d get a text that your order was being picked up or delivered and X amount of stops away… 12 hour window. Or you’re the next stop in four hours later you get your order delivered or picked up.
Missing clothing, wrecked clothing, holes, bleach spots, stains-not removed, wrinkled stuff – just so much more of a hassle than anything. What a shame.
