Oh riot gaming…. I enjoy this game, and quite a lot. I’ve played it for a couple years now, spent money on it, and even gotten some of my own friends to join in, but…. There’s a reason why people make the jokes they do about this company…. Firstly, the compensation for afk members is close to none…. When in reality, it should be a instant fortitude for ranked when that happens. The penalty’s just are not enough, players constantly do the same behavior and I get ranked down over and over while they get a slap on the wrist and you give me a measly little 150 points for ranked loss…. Even though when you’re past platinum for some god awful reason it’s over 400+ points to even get a shield loss. This is a mobile game not LOL, that’s just blatantly so stupid. It’s absolutely ridiculous how many times I’ve had to deal with the same issue over and over. It really turns me away from wanting to play at all. The ranked system is so broken… diamond players who are afk within the first three minutes ? Seriously ? How does that work…. I just ask maybe, just maybe stop being constantly money hungry by adding random boring events to spend money on random customization instead of actually updating and fixing some of these issues within the ranked system, bigger penalties, more compensation, and better matchmaking, it gets redundant. You’re a billion dollar company, do better.

Great game, toxic community
I took a 2 year break or so and recently returned to the game because I was curious how it compared to HoK which I started playing a few months ago since global launch. I think it’s great to see how much innovation they brought to the gameplay with the hex tech and driving the mech trex was pretty cool. However coming back the stark contrast with the toxicity in the game was glaringly obvious. No matter how pretty the crystal rose skins, I just don’t want to be dealing with these kind of faul, mentally unstable players in my downtime. I really wish Riot would crack down on the bad behaviour more because these people are scaring off the decent players. Also the pricepoint for the skins is just insane and the gacha really stingy. I only play WR now once and again to play with old friends or just take a break from HoK - I don’t see this becoming my main game unless they radically improved their social.

NOT A GAME FOR PROS AND SOLO
If you are looking for some relaxing game this is NOT for you. If you have no one to play with, this is NOT the game for you. I have played for a quite some time to a point that my rank account level is 141. I have quite a experience on this game. The reason that so many people like this and and so many hate it is by one thing: The matching system. I will explain this very clearly. As we all know this game is a team game and sometimes you can have good team and sometimes bad. If you know how to play this game and you are the one who is always carrying the game, congrats you just been targeted by the matching system. After you win for two games with normal level team(not good or bad). The matching system will put you in a team full of people that walks like bots, acts like bots and don’t talk. Since that game wants you to be on this game as long as possible (that how they make money) you will soon find yourself in win one game and losing the next game circle. Work the same way when you play with your friends. As long as you are not a team of five, they matching system will put someone trying to lose the game in your team to make you lose. This game is so balanced that if one teammate on you team begin to lose the whole team will fall apart. The more you carry the less powerful your team will be that’s why so many people hates this game.

My boyfriend got me into this game lol
I’m not into playing video games like that, so when my partner was playing this game I thought it was silly, he told me it’s based off a computer game he really liked and I was like nerd! Then I just got curious one day and I figured it’d be a good way to bond with him since he insisted I’d like the game. Once I started playing it was a little intimidating at first because we would do matches together and he was much more experienced than I was, but eventually I got comfortable playing in the teams by myself. The game itself for someone who’s not really knowledgeable about the stuff is really cool and easy to navigate, there is a lot to explore which can be a little overwhelming but if you decide to try it out do it at your pace! Finding a character i liked and getting comfortable with them really helped me learn about the game and strategies, especially because I got to play with and against all sorts of characters so I can see their abilities and choose future champions based on traits and abilities as well as playing experience. I love that I can play on my phone and have fun from anywhere :) highly recommend!

Still toxic
Inconsistent matches, you end up with players way lower than your skill level, sometimes you obliterate in matches because the enemy team got put with higher ranking players, sometimes it works against u. Matches are toxic in nature, it was good for a while but it has fallen into just crazy town gameplay.
Not to mention the most annoying aspect of the game is the UX, so many notifications, events etc. you have to click in 15 different buttons to acknowledge the notification or claim reward, it’s pure toxic that takes too much time out of my day, so I’m uninstalling it.
I left league a few years ago because it was toxic, started playing wild rift because it was fresh and better in a lot of ways, but now it isn’t.

FIX MATCHMAKING
Potentially great game, unfortunately ruined by the worst matchmaking I’ve ever seen. You are punished for performing well by being matched with worse teammates. The developers have openly talked about this system. Their goal is not to have evenly skilled players matched together, but to try to keep people playing as long as possible (ie keeping every player regardless of skill or performance at 50% winrate).
The result is players of greatly varying skill levels being stuck at the same ranks and thrown in the same games. If you have performed well in past games, it is very difficult to climb ranks as you will be forced to carry poorly perorming players.
If you try this game, I recommend using the “inting strategy”. It exploits this tragic matchmaking system by having you split push and intentionally keep your kda low, so that you are matched with stronger teammates and can let them carry you. The game prioritises high kda and high winrates, it puts less emphasis on turret damage which is what you contribute with this strategy.
The result is players of greatly varying skill levels being stuck at the same ranks and thrown in the same games. If you have performed well in past games, it is very difficult to climb ranks as you will be forced to carry poorly perorming players.

Can not be play on mobile network
If you’re on your phone without Wifi, good luck trying to connect. Horrible design not allowing 4/5G. If I always have a stable wifi connection and at home, I would rather play LOL on PC.
Match making is horrible, OCE is a dead server so there aren’t enough players, they will match you up with lower rank players or bots which will always feed 0/8-0/9 then went passively AFK. Sometimes Rank matching will take 3-4 minutes and even worse in ARAM. Reporting will do nothing, if you come from Moba Legend and expect reporting to work the same, good luck.
Also, the developers based in the US will kist keep putting garbage contents in the game and expect players will response to it the same for every region. I’m pretty sure there ain’t any supports or devs that based in OCE, because if they does, the issues must have been fixed already.

best game ever
Someone was ruining my gameplay and now I’m gonna be sad and cry for the next hour and I don’t know how I can get back on the grind and not get a new game in a few hours lol but I’m so excited to play this weekend I love it and I’m gonna try to make a video of the new one I think it’s so fun to play with you and I’m so happy that you like this one and I’m gonna make it for my friends birthday tomorrow and I’m so happy I hope I have the chance of getting a new one because I’m gonna get one soon I hope I have a lot more than than that and and I’m gonna get it I hope I can do a little more fun with my friend so much love to see if I love your videos I hope you’re having a great weekend.(I’m not a bot I just wanted to do dis and idk if is wrong or anything)

The same as it used to be
Started playing this after not playing the pc version of the game for a long time. I have to say the players are as toxic as ever and act like pathetic cry baby’s. The game as a whole is fun to play but turn off your in game chat boxes if you don’t want abuse to be hurled at you if you even have one bad game out of 20.

Exceeded my expectations
Honestly, as a player who transferred from playing League on PC to here I am really surprised at how good the game actually is. Sure, the match making is slow, but the game play and everything is just too good. I stopped PC because it took too long, and here each game is quicker, and you can spend less time to play an enjoyable game. Definitely less toxic than PC, but WR is just really good. The ranked system is alright, a least you don’t get weird LP or something, but matchmaking is a bit off. Overall, a really nice game, definitely worth trying more than just one game, and you’ll find out how good this game is!
