The one problem for me

I like the game, but there is a problem for me when I want to play it. The problem is I can’t color at all! That is frustrating. I can go into the app and click on the one I want to color then it starts to load, and I wait then it is says there is something wrong with my internet connection and wants to me to try again and it also says sorry for the inconvenience. This has happens to me so many times. I will delete it then get it again and it says the same thing. If you could fix this I would appreciate it! 😁 Over all I like the app.
