Still does not allow users to respond to customers on the app
I downloaded the mobile app to see if it’s convenient to use before I want to go for the paid version - I see reviews from 3 years ago that the app does not allow people to respond to customers on the app and I decided to take a chance to see if there’s any update there’s still nothing now in 2023. I think they don’t care about anything for the mobile app.

Not useful at all. Need the option to be able to reply to tickets like desktop
Has potential
I use eDesk regularly to respond to hundreds of people weekly. We have multiple channels that we use eDesk to manage and it’s great.. on desktop. Just waiting to respond to tickets through mobile.
Can not view tickets
Can not view tickets. Do not download this app if you want to reply tickets. No functions. Just can see how many tickets you received.

Would be a useful app if you can actually view and reply to tickets. Please add this basic functionality
What is point ?
Very simple and basic app . It needs a lot improvement, more comprehensive data access etc . Web based software is good but app needs some serious upgrades.
