Issues with my purchase
So i just downloaded this app and purchased the service and I was charged $12.71 I assume the extra was tax. When I hit the payment button it purchased but says wrong credentials and will not allow me to access the app. I did however put the correct password and ID but it says to contact the device administrator which is me. What can be the problem and is this a bee issue with censorship against gun apps. If so can I please have my money refunded since I cannot access the app for use?

Could not use
Purchased their sights. Was even willing to pay for their cheating and scamming as they mislead (obviously intentionally) people to think once they pay premium for the hardware, the app is free. But short of paying, I realized the $12 done at buy you the app. That’s just the SUBSCRIPTION!!! So you’ll probably be charged each time you open it or you blink, lol. Can’t even view the app without a purchase
Kinda ridiculous to not even allow a limited access view of the the app. Asks for email, user id, and password prior to telling you it’s $12. So they nab your email without full consent.

Impressed with the updates, you can really tell they are improving the app constantly. Customer service is excellent, helped me sight in multiple weapons quickly. Looking forward to see what comes next.mikeykat
Very Deceitful
Download is free. Then you open the app, create an account then asked for $11.99 to access the app. Doesn’t even tell you how the app works or what scope it’s compatible with. I would have probably paid if y’all were upfront from the beginning.BadGary389
