Studienkompass’ aims at contributing to more equity in the transition from high school to college or vocational education.
Not the social and educational background, but the talents and interests of young people should be crucial for the choice and successful organization of their career path.
In our understanding, fair is what corresponds to the individual needs, talents and abilities of young people and what compensates them for disadvantages related to their background.
We want to help young people to get to know all possibilities after their graduation, to discover their own strengths and talents and to find a suitable course of studies or a suitable vocational training. Our aim is for young people to have a clear idea of their next steps into the professional world after graduating from secondary school.
In addition, Studienkompass also provides important impulses and support for the first months after graduating from high school, during a gap year, at university or in vocational training.
We help you discover your interests and find all the information that is relevant for you. Only by getting to know yourself and your possibilities of the professional world of the future, you can make a decision that suits you and leads you onto your individual path.
