Fantastic app, until data was lost
BUT! Today we opened the app to find all her progress gone! There was no option offered to sign in and restore. I’ll be happy to give 5 stars if our progress can be restored. If it can’t I’ll be asking for refund and abandoning this app.

You can sign back in the app on your profile page following the instructions below: (1) tap the blue face on the top left corner of the main map (2)check if there is a “Sign In with Apple” badge on the upper left part on the profile page (3)click to Sign in (3.1)if you can’t see the badge you can tap “sign out” on the upper right corner of the page (next to the “X”), then you should be able to sign back in again (4) restore in the purchase page would also help you restore your account. Please make sure you are signing in to the same Apple ID that you used. Also can you send us an email from the “Give Us Feedback” in the profile page? This will help us better solve your issue. Great game, but please fix pronunciation
In the sight word levels, some of the pronunciations given by the robotic female voice are really weird and confusing. I have to sit by my son while he uses the app so that I can intervene and restate a word correctly, otherwise he’ll spell it as it’s pronounced and get frustrated when it’s wrong.
For example, “at” is pronounced “et”
“and” is “end”
“we” is “wih”
“she” is “shih”
“for” is “fur”
The words pronounced by the (human?) male voice in the more advanced levels are spoken correctly. Maybe he could lend his voice to the sight words too?

Thank you for your advice. It would be absolutely lovely to have your voice in the app. We might consider this feature in the upcoming versions. Currently, all word pronunciations are provided by the Collins English Dictionary, where one word is pronounced differently in several ways. At the moment we are double checking the pronunciation we pick for each word to make sure we use the proper one in the app. Again, your feedback is much appreciated.
