Very positive inclusive workouts

I absolutely love everything about this app! All instructors are people in bodies of size and offer a range of workout difficulties as well as modifications. You also have access to Louise’s book in audio format which is so great.

Fantastic app for all fitness levels. As a larger woman, I appreciate the modified lessons that allow me to be successful regardless of my size and abilities.

Great App

I love this App. It gives so many choices and variations for movement. If I can’t do much or am injured, I can sit on a chair and still get some movement in. If I want more, there are options for that too. It’s worth checking out.

I'm so happy I found Louise Green and Big Fit Girl. The exercise routines on the app come in all different lengths and types and offer accommodations for every body type. Success is built in to the program by making the goal of moving your body available to all. No diet culture here, just acceptance and support.

Great way to start to love moving

Easy to use, lots of activities and an incredibly supportive community

Best Size-Inclusive Fitness App!

LOVE this app. It’s user-friendly and has lots of ways to adjust movements to individualize your workout for your needs. It’s truly for ALL body sizes, and never mentions weight loss. There are workout videos, programs, and video demos for moves. Accessible fitness at it’s best!

Found It!

I didn’t know what I was looking for but I have found it! I found a philosophy that has nothing to do with an idealized body version or HANGRY then BINGE calorie counting. I just want to be active and comfortable in my own shape without the constant shaming over numbers: weight, calories, BMI, whatever. I read her book in about 2 hours, listened to a bunch of podcasts with her as a guest, defined my motivating belief and most importantly I have been more active in the past two weeks than the past two years combined! App is easy to use and has plenty of variety! Never leave reviews but this one is a game changer.

Great workouts for all fitness levels. Love the variety of workouts, the different equipment, the options for different intensities and length of workouts.
