    Of all the ‘relax’ apps on the App Store this one takes the cake. The others let you meditate then stress you out about money. This one is simple and easy to start up one or two clicks and boom your meditating. It even lets you do Your own. Worth the staggering price of free. Hands. Down.
  • Love this app.

    For years, I’ve been wanting to try to get into the practice of relax but found paying for monthly relax programs to be costly that’s when I found this app, and I am very happy I did. I’ve used it everyday since downloading it, and have felt so calm I’ve almost fell asleep. Can’t wait to continue using it!

  • Very helpful

    I’ve been a meditator for nearly 50 years. I just discovered this app and find it to be extremely helpful. I’ve been recommending it to many friends who have expressed a desire to start meditating. I like the guided relaxs that it offers, then one can go off and do the unguided relaxs when they feel comfortable. Very worthwhile.

  • Simply Complete

    The simple user interface gives only a few options but you quickly find out it gives all you need. I stopped using other relax apps after using this one for a few months.

    Out of all of the relax apps I’ve tried (and even subscribed to), this is still my favorite by leaps and bounds. It’s simple to navigate, simple to use, and has exactly what I need. I also don’t feel like I’m being pushed to contribute or to subscribe, which actually makes me WANT to help support the development. SO happy with this app. Thank you!!

  • Simple and easy to use

    This is a great app for unguided relax. I haven't used the guided feature but I needed something simple with a start and stop ring for unguided relax and this app provides that. The UX is very simple and easy to use and the growing relax tree really gives a sense of care for your tree each time I Complete a session.

  • Great for customizable sessions...

    Thank you Kevin and your team for creating this awesome application. I find it very easy to navigate and scale my daily sessions. Plus, I appreciate you guys adding Alan Watts’ commentary in the Wisdom section and teaching a few different breathing techniques. Awakening is my favorite one.

    I highly recommend this app for anyone looking into starting or continuing their mindfulness practice.

  • New to relax!

    after my therapist recommended i start meditating bc of my horrible anxiety i started my search. i know about the other popular apps but couldnt bring myself to try them out. im new to this practice. so far ive really enjoyed it. simple. intuitive. i think awesome for someone who is starting out.
  • beautiful, FREE, easy to use & organized

    love this for morning, afternoon and evening relax. the layout is so simple- and that’s why I love it. you keep meditating, and it keeps track of every time you do. it also keeps track of every minute you spend meditating, which motivates you to keep working on yourself. beautiful app, thanks to the developers!

  • Love this app

    Like many of us, I think, meditating has been on my todo list every day for years without ever getting done. I downloaded loads of apps to try to remind and motivate myself. This app however is my favorite, it’s so simple, yet does everything I want it to do and nothing extra. I love it.
