Drift Meditation

The constant stream of information and endless responsibilities of life can make it hard to slow down. Sometimes, it feels impossible to let go and rest for even a minute! Drift will give you that minute. Write, sketch, or just doodle and watch the water carry it away. There’s no finished product or goal. There’s no score or “like” count. Just take a minute to relax and enjoy something that matters only to you. Slow down and feel better.
