Please refer to the following content and try the recommended steps below. First, please confirm that you have a successful purchase history under your AppleID account. Second, restart your device and make sure the internet connection is stable. Re-enter the game, tap one locked level, and tap the Restore Purchases button in the pop-up window. If you followed the above steps once but failed, please try to tap the Restore button multiple times after a period. Under normal situations, you can unlock the content by doing so. If this problem still can't be solved, please email cs@yateland.com and provide us with a screenshot of your purchase history and the video of the failure to restore. Our team will try our best to provide help.
