Terrible app.
No customization for scheduling. And the scheduling doesn’t include turning red in the evening. Has to be done manually every day.

Better than my morning espresso
While my morning espresso tastes better than this light bulb, this thing gets my morning rocking. I’ve tried mornings with the TUO bulb and without and I definitely feel more pep in my step with it. I swear it makes me sleep better too.TimmySol897
Very glitchy
The app is terrible and needs to be completely redone. None of the default settings work. Occasionally, out of nowhere the light will turn on full brightness. Just generally super glitchy and hard to use. Please fix the app!ehrhrbfyf

The fact that you have to access the bulb via 2.5ghz Wi-Fi specifically is a massive headache and unnecessary problem. Yet it needs both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Why not make it accessible through Bluetooth alone? Just a massive pain!Seifoo7
App/bulbs don't remember defaults
You can set a default color temp and brightness for each bulb, but this feature never works. So sometimes you turn the bulb on and it's at 5% brightness and sometimes it's at 100%. Frustrating to have to go into the app every single time you want to use the light and reset the brightness.Lou 6544366
Great product, app needs a redo
The bulbs are great. The app looks like it was designed by a contractor that used the same template for many many apps. It’s both hugely complicated and doesn’t let you do basic customizations. For example, everyone wakes at different times in our house, so I’d love the “wake up” look to be on for a couple hours in the morning. Can you do that? Nope. But, there’s 15 different things in the sidebar you can click on that run off the screen. It also doesn’t adjust to daylight savings automatically (yes really). I’d suggest they redo the app with a really simple design and product intent.Show lessvagabondish
Poor App and Bulb is Expensive Paperweight
App menu pushes into phone Stu’s bar so it’s tricky to hit things like the menu or icons on top right of app. Can’t delete a room once added. Can’t remove and re-add a bulb (e.g. to another room). If you delete account to start over, bulb becomes an expensive unscanable paperweight. Help info says to change wi-fi password. What? And upset every user of the multiple household devices? It also suggests taking the bulb out of range and trying again, which doesn’t work. I’m officially done with these not ready for prime time 2.4 GHz only devices.Show lessWasafanbut

Right now the only thing I can do with the app is turn the light off, and I could've done that with a much cheaper bulb.JoshArment
Great Product - Unacceptable App
The Tuo light is wonderful. But the app is just so awful it makes me want to return the light. Why can’t you save custom colors and default them for certain times of the day, or customize the colors of the ‘calm’ mode?
The interface of the app does not even properly fit on the display size of the phone. Really this is the worst UX/UI of any app I’ve ever experienced. Must be fixed ASAP.Show lessShonor6
