Fun and addicting when it’s not glitching
I love this sort of game when the rules are easy enough to start playing right away but the difficulty and complexity increase as the game goes on. Once you have enough fish, you can play for hours just in the camp. However there are several glitches that range from annoying to very frustrating. If I don’t force quit the app, the app doesn’t recognize time passing for a long time so only a couple fish will “wake up” after the app has been inactive overnight. If I forget and open the app normally, I’m stuck not having fish “awake” until more time passes. Continuing a level uses energy points and to restart a level you have to spend energy to open it to play then keep it open until you have enough energy points for the restart. Items often spawn in occupied spaces and I have to move them both to new squares then back to where I want them. Items also sometimes drag to nonexistent squares or move halfway then go somewhere random. The bubbles to buy a duplicate high level item with gems are no longer selectable and don’t go away after any amount of time (waited days) so I’m going to run out of spaces if I keep building items in camp. I’m at the point where I’d start spending money to progress quicker but I’m worried the glitches are stacking up and will make the game unplayable.

merging
im at a stand still i have all these eggs on my game why cant i. suddenly merge any off them this is stupid, i can merge on the ,map part like the quest but. on. the home island i can not merge my eggs pleas fix this
No support whatsoever
I could be a very good game but way too many glitches and absolutely no customer support. Very disappointing because I’ve wasted time and money on this. Email box is always full so I think the developers have just abandoned this game but continue to cash in off players.

I wrote an email to support through here since that’s the only way I can reach anyone & still no response. I have no access in games to any levels other than the camp, a menu with settings of any kind, and no way to see how many coins/gems/etc I have. Can I get assistance please?
A Way to Reset
I used to play this game and i want my siblings to play this as well. The problem is that the data from when I played is still there and they want a clean brand new save. Could you add a way to make this possible?

The game came up with “Upgrade” last month (April 2022), I upgraded the game and Now I cannot get into the game - it won’t reload again even through I have tried everything - I am so mad as I had lots of fish and cleared a lot of land and a lot of purple gems- I love this game an d now I can’t play it. I have lost my months worth of daily gems all my top level crab house (4) and mines and crab sleeping digs, PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS PTOBLEM SO I CAN PLAY IT AGAIN. Thankyou Chloe-Rose.

Addictive but recently disappointing
I have been playing this game for over a year and I love the weekend special events. I always shoot to get all the prizes!! I have beat all the levels so my camp gets pretty boring after awhile and so I mostly play on the weekends….This past weekend I completed all the special even levels/tasks early in the weekend and now the event is almost over and I logged on, checked my camp and all my prizes are gone. They were there in the little bubbles earlier in the weekend…. I am a little upset that I spent so long playing (as well as money on gems for the statue) and I don’t get my stuff.
That being said, I still hop on occasionally and will most likely try again next weekend 🤷🏻♀️

Good game but very glitchy!!
I’ve been stuck on level 70 forever! It is almost impossible to win that level. As soon as you come close to winning the game glitch’s and won’t allow you to do anything. Not to mention it takes 7 lives to play the game each time. That’s very ridiculous considering one of the hardest levels require so many lives. I’ve restarted the level at least 7 times and still can’t beat the level. Also as soon as you get close to beating it, it will glitch out and so you have to start all over. I see that others are having the same problem! This use to be a good game, sad that it’s not good anymore! Now it’s just a total waste of time.

Fun but hasn’t been working correctly
Love this game and have been playing for a while now. All of a sudden no matter if you are at camp or the weekly special event level, the screen zooms all the way in and you can’t zoom out anymore. Only able to move around the board by grabbing a fish and dragging it around and you still can’t see the whole board. Really frustrating!!
