Finally I can sell crypto in my wallet for real money
Wow finally an app where i can sell almost any crypto for real money! Us dollars! Rather than jst having the option to swap and pay 200 in gas fees! I can withdraw cryptos straight to my bank account, including from polygon network!!mofeek77

Horrible all around app / crypto wallet. Their verification methods are highly inferior to other trading platforms, their customer service skills lack the customer service aspect, they hold your $$ hostage hoping you invest more by way of ETH via their platform. I was hoping to find a long term wallet to house my crypto, unfortunately this is NOT it.Show lessApax111

Hello, we kindly explained you several times that envelopes and letterheads are not acceptable proof of address and gave you a clear list of what can be accepted. Acceptable documents are defined by the strict regulations we are subject to, not by ourselves. Also, even if we wanted to keep your funds hostage, we couldn't! That's the whole point of non-custodial wallets, which we explained again multiple times to no avail. If our app doesn't suit your needs it's absolutely fine, but giving us a bad review just because you willfully ignored the facts, information and explanation we provided is simply dishonest.Very easy to use - very quick and helpful customer service
