I clicked next day deliver and it changed to standard
Favourites button does not work
All round great app but my favourites button does not work. I can click it and it brings up selected size but just has 3 dots loading and never actually loads.

App is beautiful but whenever I heart something, I have to sign in and when I click to sign in on the pop up the app crashes my phone (black screen with loading circle) making it pretty useless for someone who wants to use it to browse and save items
Ellesse Release Crash
As someone else has explained, since Thursday morning when the Elesse collab released, app just crashes once open.
I emailed CS and was told everything was fine their end, I then emailed again early hours Friday as i tried the app on friends and family services and all crashed so definitely an issue with the app.
Been told now the team are looking into it but pretty frustrating, please resolve this ASAP guys you are always A1 on customer service and experience.

App keeps turning itself off
Trying to order and the app just keeps disappearing. I’ve tried turning my phone on and off and it just doesn’t work. What should I do, as what I’m trying to order has just come out like an hour ago and is probably going to be out of stock when the app starts working again.

Would be much easier if the app had the option of redeeming points through your own account instead of having to do it through the web browser way
