Very Dodgy!
I got charged twice for an in app purchase! So makes me wonder how many times they have this “technical glitch” so they can keep ripping people off! And yes like some people have pointed out here… the game coding is designed to take as much money they can by getting you to pay initially $2.99 for 900 coins to use to get 5 extra moves which is then coded so you end up needing more moves so they “offer” you to PAY MORE & AGAIN this time… it requires whooping 1900 coins just for another 5 moves… and it just keeps increasing in ridiculous increments (requiring further 2700 coins for 3rd attempt!) just so you can pass a level! Most of the levels are not actually hard but they’re only giving you very limited moves with so many elements to clear in any given level! Candy Crush is not like this at all! Shame on developers for treating gamers are $tupid! Also I WANT MY MONEY BACK for charging me twice! Not happy! As soon as I get my refund… I’m deleting this game and going back to playing Candy Crush again!

This game is fake don’t download it!!
When I downloaded this game, it was fun for about the first hundred levels. I was very good at this game is simple as easy and is fun and out of 100 of those levels only got three of the save king robbert levels. I thought something was wrong with the game, but there was nothing wrong. I played this for year and the more I played the harder the levels get and eventually I just had to wait month after month to get the boosts just to beat three levels of the game. I was doing this for about six months, I just started getting bored and eventually wanting to delete it, but I decided to keep it and now I still log on every three months just to beat three levels. This has to be updated to make the levels at least easier because this is just sad maybe some more levels with king Robert but something has to change here maybe make the level more easier and don’t require so much boost ups to win the levels it just makes it boring. And the reason I got the game was for the King Robert levels I thought those would be fun that’s why I downloaded it. It’s not like the ads. I decided to delete it and I’m just disappointed it has potential but come on now, do better.

Fun, but misleading.
Royal Match is a fun game that’s possible to play for free. In order to do that, you have to realize that the game will use clever means to make you impatient and want to “buy” faster progress that you’ll have to resist. I’ve been playing for a couple of years (over 6,200 levels), and I’ve never paid anything. Also, if you are expecting to “save the king” in elaborate races against time as the game advertises, you should know that you won’t be doing much of that. These levels are called “King’s Nightmares” and they only appear every 100 levels starting with level 50 (e.g. 50, 150, 250, etc). Also, they are simple 2D levels and NOT the elaborate 3D challenges that are advertised to bait you into downloading and playing the game. This fact is the most common complaint about the game, and given that, I’m truly surprised that the developers don’t include them every so often (e.g. every 500 or 1000 levels), not only to avoid losing players who rightfully feel misled, but also as an incentive to press on and keep playing. They are likely missing a big opportunity. Regardless, if you accept those shortcomings, it’s still a fun game to pass the time. Enjoy!

Love this game
It is very similar to Candy Crush but the levels are way easier and there’s more of them. You get rewarded a lot too but it’s not enough to ruin the fun. Not having ads is also a bonus

So I got the game and it had a chat and I got in trouble cus it had a chat, developers u better read this I MEAN IT why would u put a chat people try to get other peoples information u better remove the chat and incase ur wondering who I am, I am Unspeakable fan87 I write lots of reviews about games and this game is the worst. It would be better if there’s no chat and if you don’t remove the chats, then I won’t play this game again. You better remove the chats I don’t wanna be mean but the chats have to go. It’s not safe with chats specially for people who want to get other peoples Information I also wish I could give this app zero stars this is not a good game. Absolutely delightful game but it needs to have ads
Firstly, the low reviews for this game are unfair. This is an absolutely delightful and addicting game. But it's probably very expensive to make. And the creators need to make money. And that be done through ads, or by making levels almost impossible to win without spending money. Hard levels are fun, impossible levels are just frustrating and annoying. Which is probably why a lot of people have rated this amazing game lower.
One problem with the game is that if you cannot finish the level, just adding five moves requires 900 coins, and if you still cannot finish it, it requires another 1900 coins. Wish those extra moves and power ups were a lot cheaper, or there was an ad supported way of getting more power ups or moves, like in angry birds. You can win the levels and get some rewards, including breaking a pinata and getting half an hour or 15 minutes of infinite use of power ups. However, the game forces you to use them only right when it offers the rewards to you. If you don’t have 15 minutes or 30 minutes or an hour to play at that moment, and you want to use that reward later, you cannot do that. It just disappears. So you can claim it RIGHT THEN AND THERE, or just lose it even though you earned it. Doesn’t sound like a good strategy.

Parts of it are fun. But there are some major flaws.
Like others have said, there are very few levels where you save the king. I got to level 87 and I think I did the King’s Nightmare like 4, maybe 5 times and it was the same kitchen fire, sprinkler level. I got pretty far because I had the Butler’s gifts. But one time I accidentally lost because I made a small mistake and didn’t clear the level and I lost the Butler’s gifts. I only passed a few more levels until my stash of power ups ran out. And now the game is impossible. There is no way except shelling out money to continue. There’s no daily bonus or anything to at least give me a chance to clear level 87.
So,to the developers:
I have to delete this game which means I am NOT watching ads anymore. I can’t participate, I’m not a player anymore. I see lots of other players saying the same thing. I can see that a ton of work went into this game and there even some celebrities in the ads, but people are telling you where you are dropping the ball. Wouldn’t you want to give even a little bit of help instead of them coming to a screeching halt and getting mad? Even a daily spinning wheel to get a power up or two could fix this a little bit. And maybe make a separate game someday that is super heavy on saving the king, since that’s what the ad suggests. People want to play that game. Make that please.

Butlers X2 unfair advantage
Have been playing RM since it started although I have deleted and reset a few times due to levels becoming increasingly harder to complete therefore becoming boring! After a couple of resets I’m learning to be a bit smarter with how I play! Saving more coins etc
Mostly love the game, Support are wonderful!
One thing I find increasingly frustrating is when new things are added to the game but only given out to a selection of people! I get it they need to trial etc but the latest Butler’s extra X2 gift has been trialling for months now and showing no indication it will be offered to everyone! This is totally an unfair advantage for those lucky few who have it!
Hoping to see it handed out fairly to everyone very soon!

Hmmm questionable game
Well I like the game at first, but if I would be a millionaire I would love it. The game is questionable as many levels repeat themselves and it become more boring to play. The challenges are too hard and reward is too small. I mean if you want collect all gold cards you need to play half of a year or spend for more than 500 dollars. The creators are must be a billionaires for sure. Geniuses that making money in their sleep. Respect to you! The more you spend on the game the more greedy it gets. I am over, too gambling with no money to earn. If they would give a real money for the game I will keep playing but nope, I will go back to my old Bingo. Too expensive for such boring game. Well to add a little, with such greediness and zero compassion to players this game will not last for a long time, same as money the company made.
If I would give 0 starts I would. No wonder why the company doesn’t reply to negative feedback, they simply do not care. Sad.

Great Game But Needs Some Improvements
I absolutely love this game and play it more than I should. However, I am confused at the ads I see for the game while playing other things. You advertise all these great mini-games with water and snakes and fire but I continually get the same mini-games over and over. Im at a high level (9300+) so I’ve been playing for a long while and keep thinking that I’ll get to play all those fun games eventually but they never come. A couple of ideas: 1) rotate those fun games into the mix because we get bored with the same ones over and over. 2) Credit more than 50 coins the higher you go…I quit doing them after I saw the same one about 5 times. I’ll check to see if its something new before I skip it, but if it’s the same one, it’s not worth wasting my time for 50 coins. 3) When we have lives left at the end of a particularly hard level, let us bank some of them to use later. For example, if we have 5+ lives left, let us bank 3 or 4 of them to use when we only need one or two to finish a level. We’ve earned them, after all.
**Added: I just passed 9451 and still had to endure (although I skipped it) the same boring “kitchen fire” nightmare. Where are the snakes? Where are the heavy bananas? Where are the crazy tunnels? Im ready to pack it up and stop playing. You may not have ads but if it’s boring, it doesn’t really matter.
