Issue Fixed (Videos do not start)

Previous issue:
I’ve heard great things but there is a huge issue for me on an iPhone 11 Pro with the latest iOS. The videos do not play, I’ve closed the app, tried different videos but they just sit at 0:00 and the play button doesn’t start them.

Hello, we have fixed the issue with the videos. Everything should work fine now. If you still have trouble playing them, please try reinstalling the app.
C’est parfait!
Each video is a news report/very short documentary on a particular topic, and each exercise within that tests you in different ways on what you’ve heard. In each exercise you always have the transcript available and it’s easy to flit between the transcript and the questions, the video stays at the top as well and can be paused/rewound/replayed easily as you do the questions.
Very intuitive to use, great interface and you have the option to ‘favourite’ exercises if you can’t listen then and there. This is just the kind of app I wanted and I honestly can’t fault it!
