I use this app all the time - but recently it’s been buggy. Unable to connect to the catalog, not updating my holds/requests. Not sure what’s going on, but I hope it get backs to working soon! It’s probably one of the most-used apps on my phone.LaraKFred

Works but bad design
The app is functional but has a confusing and outdated design. I would really like to see some effort put into a redesign to make it look and feel more modern. Disappointed to see that they brought back iOS 12 support- that seems like it could be a source of both the outdated design and infrequent updates. I look forward to keeping my eye on this apps next few updates in order to revise my rating.Show lessRickyspoon3
Very Good
Though it looks quite a bit different from the website, the app itself does a great job. Finding, placing holds, etc, it does the job. One nitpick: no access to lists. Using the suspend feature more, so not too big a deal thus far.Jeff 1987
