Can’t get to any articles. Constantly bombarded with ad to subscribe and I’m already subscribed. Cancelling as soon as I finish this review. Just awful.The Obituary section
As I scroll down through the obituaries, the page goes blank. I can only read through the B’s then nothing. If I keep scrolling an advertisement pops up but no more obituaries. So frustrating.Hello

News alert repeating every 30 seconds for over 15 minutes. Called to have a customer service rep look into the problem and all she wanted to do was change my password.

A headline pops up on my screen, and when I go to look at it online, I cannot find it. The search feature is completely useless. Unless you have the exact headline of the article, it doesn’t find anything for you. Frequently I have to login even though I am a full annual subscriber to the print newspaper. I am now paying over $600 a year, including small tip for carrier, but the paper is not much more than a pamphlet, and wastes that small amount of print space on articles re-printed from the AP etc. We are getting less and less local news. If you ask me why I still subscribe, I really can’t give you a good answer.Show lessSometimes….I can log in!!
This is quite challenging to use! Does not like my log in info. Sometimes I can see the Log Out icon, so I should be logged in!!!! I have USA Today on my phone and I haven’t logged in since day ONE!! It’s always just one tap! Disappointing!!!!No e-edition access
The website takes me to e-books and it doesn’t work. I should be able to get to it through this app- please fix itReading Eagle
Your e-edition access stinks and always costs a lot of wasted time—it’s been horrible for years.
Not sure why I stay subscribed.
