Not one of those surveys stuff
So far, I’m very pleased with this app and how it’s done by earning gift cards with video projects to do for products we don’t need to buy for most of the time. It usually say if we buy it to tell why and if we don’t, to tell why. The important thing is to not forget to answer their questions. I use an old phone connected to WiFi to follow the instructions and questions when making the videos.

Great But Could Be Better
I have been a Product Tube member for quite some time. I have made well over $200 in rewards, which is great. But they really need to get their act together. Many time I will submit a video/complete a project, and I don’t get rewarded for it and it disappears from my completed projects list. I then have to contact product support, which takes time, and sometimes I have to reach out twice to get an answer. Sometimes everything works out great, in that I get rewarded within a day. But this is not the norm. I’m not sure if this is a glitch in their system, but it is an annoying issue that shouldn’t be. Members shouldn’t have to chase you down to get rewarded. Other than that, this has been a great way for me to make some extra money, which in today’s economy, is necessary for many families.

Redeem Issue
I got $40 after submitting a video but when I went to redeem it, I couldn’t remember my password. So I reset it and came back to the app and the $40 just vanished. Contacted support about it from the app but they didn’t even try to help.
