Fixed my issue with a great sense of humor!

I previously wrote a review saying that I had reached out to the developers for support deleting my account and hadn’t heard back. They did respond to me, and were very apologetic, fixed my issue, and had a great sense of humor about it. This app has been so helpful to me in my quitting journey and I’m so grateful for the work they’re doing! Keep it up!

This is totally unacceptable on our end and we apologize wholeheartedly. It's just the two of us working on this app, with only one developer. Sometimes it takes us longer than expected to get through our delete requests and this is something we must prioritize going forward. We are also eager to make it possible for users to delete their own accounts in the app as this is obviously the best experience for everyone! Also, in case you are still interested in using the app, you should be able to update your quit date in settings where it says "i stopped that sh*t on [date]." We apologize that this was not obvious or intuitive, and will work on improving this experience as well. Thank you for your feedback and for recommending the app prior to our slip up. Pretty good!

The “motivation” feed on the home page is sooo triggering. It’s always something like “this is my third time trying to quit” or “my vape was nearly glued to my hand for four years”. I don’t want to be reminded of how hard this is first thing when I open the app. I know it’s hard. I’m living it. I’d rather have achievements or something on the home page. It’s still really helpful though! At the time of this review I quit 21 days 15 hours and 11 minutes ago. 💕

Won’t let me delete my account

I quit vaping earlier this year and this was a great motivational tool for me! However, then I bought a new cellphone, and for some reason none of my data was saved. I accidentally clicked on the wrong quit date when making a new account, and quickly discovered I am not able to edit and change that date myself. In order to delete your account, you have to send an email requesting it and they say it will be deleted within 30 days. I did this 3 months ago, and have reached out two additional times with no response and no deletion. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was recommending this to everyone previously, and will do so again if you fix my problem. I don’t understand why you complicate the deletion process instead of putting that into the hands of the user, especially if you are incapable of keeping your word.

Amazing App :)

I am so grateful for this app. It is incredibly hard to quit vaping & smoking, especially when there is a whole generation of older folk saying “I told you so” when it comes to the vapes. It is important to have community to overcome this, & this app provided a community where it is hard to find otherwise. Thank you so much, & never quit quitting. :)

Love this app

This app is amazing! Seeing how everyone progresses and kind of was able to see how I would feel as the days went on and having hope that it does get better, love how this app is designed im25 days without the vape and I have this app to thank for the really rough days !!

I love this app with a passion. I’ve recently quit vaping and being able to chat, support and have people support you during your journey of quitting vapes is the best thing that you need during this difficult journey. This app is great. So helpfully.

Use this app!

I love this app and how it’s different from others I’ve tried like traditional countdowns. I’m able to see how long I’ve been smoke/vape free, track how much I’ve saved and how many smoking products I’ve avoided purchasing. It also tells me the ways in which my body is healing when I meet each vape-free milestone.

The best part is the motivation, support, and other facets of the app that help you stay committed and on track for your quitting journey. I’ve even invested in premium since I’ve saved more than enough money to cover it already since ditching the vape.

Please fix to refresh the home page to update time. I find myself having to clear the app and go back on for the updated time. Sorry if the review sounds rude. Just quit 2 hours ago and stressed.. beautiful app, thank you for everything
