So far, I love it!
Many thanks!
Family sharing - be cautious
Response from developer
Dear Roger, Apple does not allow family sharing of in-app puchases, only apps and music are allowed: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203046 If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@infonique.ch Best regards Jurgen
Good use and control. Poor importing process.
The paste feature is functioning now, and I must say, that changed the game for me. This is by far the best TelePrompTer app I’ve used. (And I’ve used a lot). The remote function is fantastic and the whole app works pretty seamlessly, so hats off to the developers! Can’t wait to see what else they come up with in the future to make it even stronger! I will change my 2 star rating to 5 stars.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I paid for the full version and it seemed to work well. I like that the smart phone remote control feature works pretty well (although I wish I could see what was on the iPad when I use ,y phone as a remote.)
The biggest (and possibly the only) problem with this app is that you can’t paste text into the page content section. How ridiculous is that, huh?
Normally, I pull up Word on my iPad, copy my script, and paste it into my teleprompter app. With this app, however, I can’t do that.
Instead, they make you copy your text in the origin app (so Word, in my case) and then tap the share sheet icon and share the text to the QuotTeleprompter app. When you click it, a dialog box pulls up that shows the selected text and it has you type in a custom title if you want. (The default is “Import from plain text”). So you spend the time writing in your custom title so you can find it in the QT app later, and then when you go back to the QT app your new page doesn’t show up. You have to quit the app, close it from the background, and then reopen it for the new page to appear in your list of pages.
BUT WAIT THERES MORE.
Remember that custom title we typed in over in Word? Yeah, that’s gone. It defaulted back to “Import item from plain text.”
SOLUTION: add a simple “paste” function to the page content area. Every other app on earth lets you paste text. Why doesn’t this one? Very annoying...

Update: Wow, thanks for your update and the 5-stars :D Stay save and healthy Best regards Jürgen Original: Hi Thanks for your review and sorry for your bad experience. I‘m a bit confused, because the paste function is a system functionality of iOS... I just tried it out; - Copy any text from Word - Open the QT - Open a Page or create one - Tap edit - Tap into the text field (it has a placeholder there „place your text here...“) - Tap again... (Now it should show up a small menu on top) - Insert - Done Your description of the import process is correct, there is a problem with that, we will fix this issue as soon as possible. If you have other issues, you can get help by sending us an email to: support@infonique.ch Best regards Jürgen
