    Great experience so far! Good for those who want to workout at home but just need that guidance on what they should be doing and the progress management to motivate oneself to continue

    It is too good for those the people who doesn't want to go in gym or they are not able to go gym, then it is useful for you and Really it effects 100% on you're body.

    The exercises in it is easy to follow . I had great change in my body within 2 weeks only. I felt that cuts have been started to form on my body. I doesn't need to change the level of workouts to increase my body.
