I love this meditation app for kids!
This is just the cutest app for kids to learn meditation. There are little animated characters meditating while the meditation plays. The meditations themselves are actually really good too - teaching real meditation skills like feeling the breath and the heart. My kids love listening to other kids teach them - that’s the coolest part! So great. I really enjoy doing them too!Show lessshetty.S

Playing these meditations has supported my kids (7, 9 and 11 years) to settle down and quiet their minds at bedtime. The voices are soothing to them and they enjoy the experience.
