We are sorry you were having trouble. First, please make sure you don't have previous sessions open on your phone (close out of any FNCU mobile app sessions). Second, please make sure you are using the most updated app by checking the App Store to see if there is an update. If you are still having trouble logging in, please give us a call at (402) 492-9100 and we’d be happy to trouble-shoot it with you.
