Thank you so much for the rating and review! I am very happy you are enjoying the game, but I am sorry you've had this issue with your Career game - it must be very frustrating! In Career game mode the handicap changes are based on the points players have earned. You can see how many points your player has earned by scrolling on the lower left part of the Career game home screen. Points are earned by winning matches, therefore to earn points the player you created must be selected in your team. I am working on a new version of the handicapping system for Career game and will upload this in a new version of the game on AppStore soon. If you're already following the guidance above and your player is still not increasing in handicap, hopefully the new version will fix this!
